Barbara Edwards Delsman has over 40 years of experience in the nonprofit, education and corporate sectors. For the past ten years, Barbara has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate, advocating for the rights and safety of children in foster care.  In addition to her advocacy work, Barbara was on the startup team and is currently on the  advisory board of the criminal justice nonprofit, Just Leadership USA (JLUSA).
